Join us every Wednesday at 11:00 in the panoramic dining room of Hotel Gardenia al Lago in Gargnano for an authentic Italian two-course experience. Begin with an aperitivo and antipasti, then learn to make fresh pasta paired with the perfect sauce. Enjoy your creations with our local wine, and take home a Slowholiday apron and recipe booklet—a memory to cherish and share.

Looking for the perfect family activity? Join our Family Pasta Course and share a joyful hands-on experience with your children or grandchildren. Together, you’ll learn how to make authentic Italian pasta—maybe not perfectly shaped, but certainly made with lots of laughter and love.
We begin with a relaxing aperitivo (for the adults :-)), then roll up our sleeves to knead, shape, and create. The best part comes at the end, when you all sit down to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve made together.
