Together with food blogger and passionate cooking enthusiast Liliana, we’ve created an intimate, hands-on pasta making class designed to immerse you in the art of Italian cuisine. Every Wednesday at 11:00, our kitchen opens its doors to curious travelers and food lovers alike, offering a space where flour, eggs, and creativity come together in the most delicious way.
Pasta Making – From Dough to Shapes
Over the course of 2.5 relaxed and inspiring hours, you’ll learn the foundations of authentic pasta making. From mastering the perfect dough to shaping two classic pasta types—along with a delightful surprise variation—you’ll gain practical skills that you can easily recreate at home. To accompany your creations, you’ll also prepare flavorful sauces that highlight the beauty of fresh, simple ingredients.





All of this unfolds against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Garda, where panoramic views add an extra layer of magic to the experience. But beyond the techniques and the setting, what truly defines this class is the atmosphere: warm, convivial, and filled with the pleasure of cooking and dining together. The dishes you prepare aren’t just lessons—they become a shared meal, enjoyed in wonderful company around the table.

To ensure the experience stays with you long after your time by the lake, you’ll receive a collection of all the recipes, along with a menu card—perfect for recreating the dishes and impressing friends and family back home.
A few practical notes to keep in mind: to help us organize everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you book your spot at least two days in advance. Each class is kept intentionally small, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring a personal and engaging experience for everyone. Our Wednesday sessions are reserved for adults, but we are always happy to arrange private family classes upon request.
